RETURN & EXCHANGE PROTOCOL // KAALA

All garments are limited-run pieces printed on-demand. 

1. DEFECTS & PRINT ERRORS
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopkaala.in with clear photos and your order number. We will issue an immediate replacement at zero cost.

2. SIZING & EXCHANGES
Because pieces are produced on demand, please refer strictly to our sizing charts before ordering. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability and may incur a standard reverse-logistics fee.

3. CANCELLATIONS
Orders enter automated production within 12 hours. Cancellations can only be processed prior to production entry.
